A 45 Minute Kettlebell Class that cosist of:
- Dynamic warm-up and activation- this 10-15 minute period gets the body ready for action by enhancing functional flexibility, and activating the core muscles for the workout to come.
- High Powered Circuit Training- 20-30 minutes of non stop action that combine cardio, and strength training. We use kettlebells and your own bodyweight. The best part is that you will never do the same workout in a row so boredom is not an option.
- Core training and cool down- Now we bring down your heart rate and attack the core muscles with innovative core and abdominal exercises not just boring sit-ups.
